I met Ryan when he was wiring my new build for Hamels Meat Market. They were professional, on time and very flexible as the engineer forgot to add a lot of outlets for me. The Protech guys stepped up and offered a solution to the problems that kept us as close to budget as we could and got us up an going on time. At CMHA, we are in a very old building – I think over 100 years old. This leads to so many random building issues and we often have NO idea what the causes are and worry a lot about how much the fixes will cost. One recent issue involved an upstairs office and then later the downstairs storage room. The lights mysteriously went off and on, then stayed off, then came on hours later, then flickered – you get the picture. I called Ryan about the first issue, thinking he would put it on his list but that it likely wasn’t a huge priority compared to the larger jobs he would have on his agenda. But Ryan fit us in that very week! It turned out to be a simple solution and he gave me options to fit my budget. The storage room had the same issue but the whole staff team had just learned to live with it! We forgot all about it, quite honestly, until we had some volunteers working in there who said they would be back when it was fixed. Again, Ryan fit it in quickly and solved it for us. It is like a miracle with all the light in there! Using Pro-Tech Electrical was such a relief. They were efficient and cost-effective and even donated some of their profit back to us for a donation receipt. I highly recommend them to anyone!
